-in the Autumn 2002 League Cup, Brian Rennie managed no fewer than 8 "golden breaks" during the evening

-in August 2003, during a Monday ANBA league event at Miami Beach, Graham Innes managed the very rare feat of potting 6 balls from the break during a rack against Stephen Wares. UPDATE-in the Spring Flyer event in April 2005, Pat McCarron potted 6 balls from a thunderous break, including the 9, in a match against Gary Esson

-during the Winter 2002/3 league, Jack Hearns became the youngest winner of an ANBA tournament at the age of 10
